4. Return Timeframes
- 7 days from delivery date for general items (clothing, electronics, accessories, etc.)
- 48 hours for perishable or consumable items (such as groceries or food).

- Go to My Orders and select the product you wish to return.
- Choose a reason and upload photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect).
- Wait for confirmation from the seller or Clishi support team.
- Once approved, you will receive the return address and shipping instructions.
7. Return Shipping
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the seller or Clishi will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you are returning due to a change of mind, you may be responsible for the shipping fee.
All returned items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
8. Inspection and Approval
Once the returned item is received:
- It will be inspected by the seller or Clishi team.
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return.
