Clishi Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At Clishi, operated under Afriwex Group, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy explains how customers may cancel an order, under what conditions cancellations are accepted, and how refunds or store credits are processed.

By placing an order on Clishi, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.

2. Order Cancellations by Customers

2.1 Before Dispatch

Customers may cancel their order before it has been processed or shipped without any penalty.

  1. To request a cancellation, email info@clishi.com with your order number.
  2. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method or Clishi wallet.

2.2 After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched or handed over to the courier, it cannot be immediately cancelled.

  1. You may still request a return after delivery (see your Return Policy if available).
  2. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for dispatched orders.

3. Cancellations by Vendors or Clishi

Clishi or the store owner may cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to:

  1. The item is out of stock or discontinued.
  2. There are pricing errors or incorrect product descriptions.
  3. The order could not be verified for payment or delivery details.
  4. Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

If your order is cancelled by the vendor or Clishi, you will be notified by email, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Non-Cancelable Orders

Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation once ordered. These include:

  1. Personalized or custom-made items
  2. Perishable goods such as food and groceries
  3. Digital downloads or e-vouchers once delivered
  4. Health, hygiene, or sealed products (if packaging has been opened)

Each product page will indicate if it is non-cancelable or non-returnable.

5. Refund Process for Cancellations

  1. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
  2. Refunds are made to the same payment method used during purchase (unless you request store credit).
  3. Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
  4. If you paid cash on delivery, your refund will be made via electronic transfer or Clishi wallet credit.

6. Partial Cancellations

If you ordered multiple items, you may cancel one or more items from your order — provided they have not yet been shipped.

A partial refund will be issued for the cancelled portion, excluding delivery fees where applicable.

7. Delivery Delays and Cancellations

In rare cases where delivery is significantly delayed (beyond the estimated delivery period), you may:

  1. Request an order cancellation and receive a full refund, or
  2. Choose to wait for the delivery to be completed.

Clishi will communicate updates if there are any delays or stock issues.

8. Fraudulent or Abusive Cancellations

Clishi reserves the right to reject cancellation requests that appear abusive, excessive, or fraudulent.

Accounts suspected of repeated false cancellations may be reviewed or suspended.
